Security Boss screen door

Love the door! It’s solid and looks great. Only complaint is with instructions. Wording is very explicit, but pictures need to be clearer. We had trouble being sure we were on the correct side of door during install. That’s why I dropped a star

Variogate in 2024 Kia Sportage

I’m glad I finally went ahead and got the gate for my Kia Sportage. It’s a great fit and the perfect setup to have for dog sports. Customer service was also great when I contacted them before the purchase.

variocage crate 00363

difficult putting together

Hi Keith, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the assembly was challenging. If you need any tips or assistance, feel free to reach out. We sent you 2 videos the day before your crate was delivered, did you get a chance to watch these, they really help. I can send them again if you would like, just let me know.

Just what I was looking for

Just as advertised - it fits perfect and is exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to install and my digs are getting used to it,

Difficult instructions

The instructions were very basic and did not elaborate much, there was also no clear indication of which part is what. It's also an extremely tight area to work with, so I couldn't even use the Alan wrench to properly secure the bolts. That being said, the door flaps seem to work great and do align to the existing frame

Hi Andrew, thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad the door flaps work well, and we'll take your comments into account to improve the instructions. If you need any further assistance at all with the install, feel free to reach out, we want to make sure it's perfect for you.
