1. Where is my order?

You should have received via email a confirmation notice as well as a shipping notice. Each will have a link to check the status of your order online. You can also access this information anytime by logging into your account on our website. If you still cannot find it just send us a quick email with your name and we'll get your tracking number to you right away.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmericanExpress, JCB, Diners Club) as well as Paypal and Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

3. Can I ship to a PO Box?

No, most items are simply too large so we do not accept PO Boxes. Please use your full home or business address.

4. How do I return an item?

Love the door makes life so much easier

Variocage Single - XL

This crate hit the sweet spot between big enough for my German Shepherd, but small enough to fit in my Subaru Outback. I appreciate the sloped sides that improvement fitment options, and the multitude of sizes available. A nice touch is the included anti-rattle rubber pads. For $1100 though, I was a little disappointed in the quality. There were a couple of places where the drilled holes in the stamped sheet metal just didn't line up with the captive nuts. Additionally, the alignment of the door is off just a little, with no mechanism for adjustment that I can find. 4/5 stars overall. 1 start deducted for the quality issues mentioned above.

Works great

Love my French for doggy door insert. You do need another person to help. The bottom, where the doggy door is, is a little bit heavy. I had bought one from a well known hardware/home improvement store which was way more expensive and the opening was a a little bit small. I have a hundred pound German shepherd and even it said my dog would fit he didn’t. So I bought this one and I carried the 1st one back to the store to get a refund. It is much taller (I got the mammoth size) and it my dog is grateful because know he doesn’t scrape his back. I give 5 stars

Crate is perfect for my SUV. Little hard to put together but was well worth it. Highly recommend
