If i could give it zero stars i would. Spent $900+ on something that doesn’t even come assembled. What kind of company doesn’t at least pre assemble some of the product they’re charging this much money for? On top of that, the instruction manual is all drawings and not very clear drawings. The worst part though is that while putting it together one of the metal clips on the side panel broke off. The geniuses at MIMsafe thought that the side panels and the roof of the crate should be clipped on and made it nearly impossible to do so without something breaking.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
It perfectly matches my other french style door. It is very well made, and my 55 lb dog goes easily in and out. Great purchase!
I got this barrier to keep our dog in the back cargo area from jumping over. It does just that!! Very sturdy, he's not getting through this thing, it's built right!! Feel much safer now that I have it installed (and it was easy to install too). Great product!
Really loving this dog door. The guys at Adeo Pets were great, answered a few quesitons I had and made sure I got the right door. Arrived in about 5 days and was pretty simple to install. Great product, and really well made. Love it!!
Instructions did not show or say how to secure the door from the inside. Directions at that point we’re specifically related to the exterior panel.
There was not an actual hardware list which left us a guest as to what went where for installation.
The directions showed to use the internal portion of the frame as the guide against the wall to layout for the cuts. But when the telescoping tunnel is added to that the hole was not big enough so I had to go back and re-cut everything. This installation could’ve been 20 to 25% done more quickly with the proper instructions. The door itself is very nice someone at your company, please rethink the directions.
