Fast US Based Shipping  -  Clear Communication

Our goal to provide fast and accurate shipping and to make sure you are aware before you purchase of our expected fulfillment and delivery times. We feel transparent communication is vital and our entire team is committed to keeping you informed at each step.

We use several warehouses across the US to house and ship our products. We make every effort to ship items as fast as possible, most items ship within 1-5 business days but others are made to order.  For this reason, each product has specific shipping information found on the "Shipping" Tab in the product description area.

Please review our shipping policies below and let us know before you purchase if you have any questions.

Free Shipping
From time to time we offer Free Shipping on orders above $150. If currently offered, this will likely be shown in the bar at the top of each page, or you can contact us for details. There are a few exceptions to this offer; freight shipping can have additional delivery fees, these costs will be shown to you before purchase.

Where do we ship
We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.  We are hoping to add service to Alaska and Hawaii in the future, but that is currently not an option.  We do not ship internationally at this time.

Item Availability
We work to keep most items in-stock and available for immediate shipment, however, in some rare instances, a product may not be in-stock or back-ordered.  In these cases, we will contact you directly before processing your card and will have the choice of waiting until the product is back in-stock or canceling your order. You can also contact us before you purchase to check if the item is in stock currently.

Order Confirmation
Once you place an order with Adeo Pets you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with order number.  This is your indication that your order was received successfully and that we have begun to prepare your item(s) for shipment.

Tracking & Processing Payment

Once we ship your order we will process your payment and send you an email notification with your tracking number.  Some items require fabrication time, in these instances we do charge your card immediately to begin buying the materials and fabricating your item. Items that require build time have this noted in their listing, if you would like a better estimate of time needed to manufacture, please call us. For items shipped via UPS/FedEx, delivery is usually 3-5 business days after shipment.  For items shipped via Freight, delivery is normally 4-8 business days after shipment. Please see the "Shipping" tab on your products listing for more accurate transit times to your location.

Order Issues

If you choose to cancel your order please contact us via email.  If the order has not shipped we will cancel your order. If it has already shipped it would fall under our return policy. Please note that actual shipping and return costs may be deducted from your refund.

Damages in Transit

No matter how carefully a package is handled, there are occasions when a package may be damaged during shipment. Fortunately, this doesn't happen very often. To be safe, please inspect the packaging carefully as soon as it arrives, if you notice any damage (holes, large crumpled area etc) please note "item damaged" on the form when signing for the delivery.  In the case of significant damage please notify us via email right away and include pictures.  We will begin working with the shipper or our manufactures to resolve the issue right away.

Lost/Delayed Packages

In rare circumstances items can get lost in transit. Adeo Pets is not responsible for lost packages, once a shipping carrier takes your package it is out of our hands, in these situations we will make every effort to work with the carrier to find and delivery the package as soon as possible; for this reason we cannot guarantee delivery timeframe and do not offer refunds for shipping delays.  If an item has not made any progress in transit for 3 days please notify us immediately and we will open an investigation with the carrier.  Once an items is deemed "lost" by the shipping carrier we can then send a replacement package or issue a refund for the item, but not before.
