Door excellent. Instructions Lacking…a lot

Instructions did not show or say how to secure the door from the inside. Directions at that point we’re specifically related to the exterior panel.
There was not an actual hardware list which left us a guest as to what went where for installation.
The directions showed to use the internal portion of the frame as the guide against the wall to layout for the cuts. But when the telescoping tunnel is added to that the hole was not big enough so I had to go back and re-cut everything. This installation could’ve been 20 to 25% done more quickly with the proper instructions. The door itself is very nice someone at your company, please rethink the directions.

As a professional groomer, I really wanted to love this dryer. It appears to be well-built and has a strong stand design, but it falls short in two important areas. The air does not get hot enough to efficiently dry dogs, especially thicker-coated breeds, and the nozzle does not rotate. A rotating tip would make it much easier to direct airflow underneath the dog instead of only from above. If those two features were improved, this would be an excellent dryer. For now, it’s a decent dryer, but not quite what I expected for the price.

Great fit and looks great

I had no idea that these types of inserts existed. It would have saved me a lot of heartache trying to put a dog door in my other French door for a smaller dog. Ended up shattering the glass and replacing it with plexiglass. But this insert is awesome. Install is about an hour, just trying to be careful.

Seems fine but a bit lacking

The crate fits in the back of our SUV as advertised. The dogs fit but it’s definitely on the tight side for our male Golden Retriever. I wouldnt want to take him on a long road trip but seems fine with anything 2 hours or shorter.

I was a bit disappointed with the number of pieces that showed up scratched. Also, it has a consistent rattle and we are sensitive to that. There aren’t many other options available in the market but I would consider going in a different direction if I understood how loud it was going to be. I see the replies to other comments that say the rattle is likely an installation issue that can be fixed but I had no problems with the construction and followed the directions exactly.

Im a little disappointed the pet door is so high and has an older model of the pet door
